Mirador de la Guardiola
Worthwhile for a leisurely afternoon. Beautiful views over the region. Above the village of Sant Carles de la Ràpita rises the Torreta or Guardiola, one of the easternmost foothills of the Montsià mountain range, with a height of 113 metres. The site offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Ebro Delta, the Bay of Alfacs and the city. At the top is the Guardiola tower, documented since 1483 and mentioned in 1575 as Guardiola artillada (Guardiola with artillery), with a square plan, a little supported at the base and built from rubble. The viewpoint over Sant Carles de la Rapita can be easily reached on foot via paved roads.

Wolves and nuts (Prat Dip)
Pratdip is a small mountain community in the comarca of Baix Camp, in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain.
Most of the inhabitants of Pratdip work in agriculture in the pastures, fields and forests surrounding the village. The municipality’s main agricultural products are hazelnuts and almonds, and the picturesque and remote landscape is ideal for walking and cycling.
In Novermber, a large village festival is traditionally celebrated, which is unique with culinary specialities and traditional local performances around historical events. On the eve of All Saints’ Day, Pratdip Legendario is celebrated, reviving horror and mysticism. For two days, you have the opportunity to learn about the ancient legends of Dips and enjoy the organised activities.
Pratdip Legendario brings back to life one of the darkest and most mysterious eras of the municipality of El Baix Camp. Fear and chills will be spread over the two days. This event is celebrated on the eve of All Saints’ Day, in combination with literature, theatre, crafts and gastronomy, and the magic, mysticism and horror through the most fascinating fantasy tales of all Catalonia.
